1. Booking & Confirmation
All transfer bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized partners. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with full details. It is your responsibility to review the information for accuracy.
2. Payment
Payments may be made online, in advance via bank transfer, or in cash upon arrival, depending on the booking method. For prepayments, full payment must be received before service is rendered.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100%.
- No-shows will be charged the full amount.
4. Delays & Waiting Time
We monitor flight and ferry arrivals and adjust pickup times accordingly. Waiting time due to customer delay (over 30 minutes) may be subject to additional charges.
5. Child Safety
Child seats are available upon request and must be requested at the time of booking.
